On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the most positive score, I happily give Dr. Carolina Mosquera's practice a 10. Dr. Mosquera is kind, patient and gentle. She explains everything clearly and concisely. Her office staff are remarkable as well. Jackie, the office manager is such a beautiful person, inside and out! Dr. Mosquera's right hand assistant is highly capable and is very professional. The hygienists are great as well. Tasha faithfully and cheerfully makes sure you are notified of your upcoming appointments. I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. Dr. Mosquera is an excellent dentist and naturally connects with her patients. My son, who has an intellectual disability, was very nervous about having his first filling at age 37. He had lots of questions and she took all the time in the world to answer them and put him at ease before starting the procedure. Isn’t this what we all want this regardless of whether or not we have a disability? Getting to know a patient as a person and establishing a relationship makes all the difference. I use Dr. Mosquera as an example when I make a monthly presentation to medical students on the topic of how to successfully transition to adulthood from the perspective of individuals with disabilities and their families. I can highly recommend Dr. Mosquera and her practice. -Pippa M.
